About the role

The Dental Assistant will support the doctor in providing patient care, maintaining treatment rooms, and managing lab supplies. They are also responsible for taking dental radiographs and ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines.

General Overview

Work 3 extended shifts per week and enjoy more days off to spend doing what you love. ✅ 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday, Tuesday and Friday ✅ Every other Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

As part of our team you will be responsible for the following (not limited to)

Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room. Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient. Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back-office experience. Actively monitor lab materials and supplies. Develop a relationship with the patient. Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed. Take, expose, and mount high quality dental radiographs. Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

  • Training or experience working as a Dental Assistant - new grads welcome to apply!
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Dental Softwares is preferred.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and training or experience as a Dental Assistant. New graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency in dental software is preferred.
