What You’ll Do As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work one-on-one with a client for the duration of your shift and support their care needs. Responsibilities include: Adhering to the outlined care plan Documenting tasks, observations, and client outcomes Supporting quality care by helping implement, monitor, and follow quality assurance policies and procedures Receiving clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN Assisting with other duties as needed
