We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to grow with a stable, long-running family practice. What You'll Be Doing (The Role) As our Dental Assistant, you will play an integral role in keeping our clinical flow smooth, efficient, and comfortable for every patient: Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during general, restorative, and preventive dental procedures. Patient Care & Preparation: Seat patients warmly, review medical histories, explain treatment steps, and maintain a comforting, reassuring chairside presence. Digital Radiography: Take clear, diagnostic digital dental X-rays efficiently. Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories; sterilize instruments in accordance with safety and OSHA guidelines. Clinical Teamwork: Assist with clinical charting, maintain dental supply inventory, and partner with front desk staff to optimize daily patient flow. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1+ years of clinical dental assisting experience (Required).
Active Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification preferred.
