CORALVITA Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our clinical team.
Working under the direction of an RN/LPN/LVN, the PCT/CNA provides hands-on care and support to patients with complex medical needs. This role assists with activities of daily living, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, and works closely with the nursing team to provide safe, respectful, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility, positioning, and personal care.
Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other patient information as directed.
Observe patients and promptly report changes in physical or emotional condition to the licensed nurse.
Provide delegated patient care and assist the nursing team during treatments, procedures, and emergency situations.
Encourage patient comfort, safety, independence, and dignity throughout care.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment while following infection prevention, safety, and confidentiality standards.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and completion of an approved nursing assistant or PCT program. A current BLS certification is required, and professional certification as a Patient Care Technician is preferred.
