Laboratory Scientist (3rd Shift)
The Laboratory Scientist performs and interprets clinical laboratory tests necessary for patient diagnosis and treatment. They are responsible for reporting accurate results while adhering to strict industry guidelines and quality control standards.
National Blood Testing Partners is a subsidiary of National Blood Testing Cooperative. Our purpose is to provide accurate testing results to allow medical professionals the data needed to care for their patients. This position is responsible for performing and interpreting clinical laboratory tests that require complete adherence to industry and equipment manufacturer guidelines.

Overview
Performs all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Responsible for reporting results which are accurately substantiated by use of appropriate controls.
Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of routine procedures for all areas of the laboratory
BA or BS in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution (Required)
Certification & licensure
No certifications required.
You will be required to comply with governmental regulations and strictly observe privacy and security related policies, procedures, and practices to preserve the integrity and confidentiality of medical and other sensitive information pertaining to donors, patients, research subjects, and staff.
You will be required to enter areas where other individuals work with human blood; potential may exist for unanticipated exposure to bloodborne pathogens by splash or spill.
