Market context

Michigan long-term care nursing demand remains steady

Long-term care facilities in Michigan commonly seek RNs and LPNs who can provide consistent bedside care, monitor residents, and work with interdisciplinary teams. These roles are competitive because employers often look for current Michigan licensure, an ADN or LPN program completion, and readiness to complete BLS within 90 days. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and BLS plan before applying.
