We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!

SLP – Lakeland, FL Full-Time – On-Site Hourly rates between $48-50/hour based on experience Generous PTO accrual to utilize during school breaks or whenever you need!

Responsibilities

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.

Documentation

Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Collaboration

Requirements

Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and valid state licensure. Candidates must hold or be eligible for ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
