About the Role

TruePT Physical Therapy and Wellness in West Erie is seeking a full-time or part-time (25 hours) Physical Therapy Technician/Aide to join our energetic and growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, has an interest in health and fitness, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and ensuring every patient receives the highest level of care and attention.

Responsibilities

Assist physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment Guide and assist patients through prescribed exercises under therapist supervision Monitor and report patient responses to treatment Support patient flow by escorting patients to and from treatment areas Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining supplies Help ensure a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness setting (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Passion for helping others improve mobility, strength, and quality of life
