Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and needs Diagnose movement and functional impairments and determine appropriate interventions Provide skilled physical therapy treatments and therapeutic exercise Treat a variety of orthopedic, balance, vestibular, neurological, and fall-risk conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercises, and strategies for continued recovery Establish measurable goals and appropriate timelines for discharge Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company, state, and federal requirements Collaborate with other members of the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care
What We're Looking For We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is motivated, compassionate, and eager to grow as a clinician. Ideal candidates will have:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation Ability or willingness to develop skills in vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk rehabilitation Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Strong time-management and organizational skills A commitment to patient-centered care A willingness to learn and pursue continuing education A passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license. The role requires strong clinical reasoning, communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care, with new graduates encouraged to apply.
