Direct Care Workers
Direct Care Workers provide supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and personal care. They also implement individual support plans, manage behaviors, and ensure the safety and well-being of clients in home and community settings.

As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide direct care services and additional supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing exceptional care and supervision both at home and in the community. You will be helping our clients to develop life skills and achieve personal goals.

Available locations & shifts
Laveen • Shift 1: Saturday & Sunday — 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card. Applicants are also required to hold certifications in Article 9, Prevention & Support, and CPR/First Aid, along with a valid driver's license.
