Established Legacy of Excellence: Founded in 1978, the practice has served Central Indiana for over 45 years with a reputation built on quality care, loyal patients, and longstanding referral networks.

Dual-Location Opportunity: Practice at both the Indianapolis and Avon locations, with flexibility to customize your schedule and patient flow.

Strong Production Potential: Step into a full case load with the ability to stay as busy as you want, supported by a robust referral base from general dentists throughout Indiana.

Supportive, Experienced Team: Work alongside a highly experienced team of doctors and clinicians who are driven by continual education, learning, and a passion for exceptional patient care.

Advanced Technology: Equipped with advanced endodontic technology including the GentleWave Procedure, CBCT, microscopes, and modern instrumentation systems, ensuring the highest standard of care.

Full-Scope Endodontic Practice: Perform a wide range of procedures, from conventional root canals to retreatments, apicoectomies, endodontic microsurgeries, traumatic dental injuries, internal bleaching, apexification, and sedation dentistry.

Pediatric Endodontics: The practice also offers pediatric endodontic services, expanding the scope of patients you’ll treat and the impact you’ll make.

New Grad Friendly: While ideal candidates have 2–5 years of postgrad experience, new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Required: Valid Licensure in the relevant jurisdiction, Valid certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency training program. Board Certification is nice to have. As an Endodontist, You Will: Perform a full range of endodontic services, including root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics, using current techniques and technologies. Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients with endodontic concerns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records. Collaborate with dental specialists and healthcare professionals for integrated patient care, ensuring timely correspondence with referring doctors. Stay current with advancements in endodontic research and techniques through continuing education, while adhering to clinical protocols and providing mentorship to support staff. Requirements
