Role Overview

Our QMAP/Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Free meal each shift

Responsibilities

Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene. QMAPs do perform caregiving as well as administering medications.
Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them
Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care

Requirements

Candidates must possess a can-do attitude, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a genuine love for seniors. A QMAP certification is implied as a requirement for the medication administration duties.
