CT Technologist - PRN
The CT Technologist performs computed tomography procedures and related imaging techniques to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. They exercise professional judgment and maintain medical ethics while ensuring high-quality patient care throughout the examination process.

Key Responsibilities: Provides health care services applying pulsed x-ray energy to assist diagnosis or treatment. Performs CT procedures, computer processing and related techniques, producing images for the interpretation by or at the request of a licensed independent practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of service and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics. Recognizes various patient conditions in order to provide appropriate patient care to ensure successful completion of the exam or procedure.

Satisfactory completion of an accredited education program in radiologic technology Current American Registry Radiologic Technology (ARRT) Registry Current license with the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Advanced ARRT Registry in Computed Tomography required within one (1) year of hire 3 Years of related experience Current BLS Certification
