Certified Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech at Metropolitan Surgery Center The Certified Surgical Technologist scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
Maintains a sterile field during surgical procedures.
Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
Supports the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center.
Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
$30.41/hr - $44.09/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and have completed a Surgical Technician Program. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred, along with relevant state certification.
