As a Caregiver you will be in charge of: Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures Monitoring for changes in residents’ conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary Responding to call lights and assess residents’ needs promptly Obtain meal trays and assist with eating Other duties as assigned by supervisor Benefits we can provide you: ROOM FOR GROWTH Employee Recognition events PAID TIME OFF starts day one Medical, dental and vision benefits for full time employees (30 hour or more) Paid orientation and training Requirements we ask of you: Ability to pass a criminal background check Minimum age of 18 years old Experience in medication administration and working with seniors High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation Availability to work every other weekend is required
