Keystone Health is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy and expanding team!
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy a plus!
Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
Current CPR certification.
Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
