The occupational therapist will provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design personalized care plans in home or clinic settings. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and third-party payer requirements.

Performance-based compensation program 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life, Accident, Critical Illness Insurances Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, consults with other professionals as necessary, reassesses patient status and adjusts care plan as needed to ensure optimal outcome. Designs and implements a plan of care based on evaluation of patient status. Conducts provision of therapy within accepted standards of care and in accordance with state law. Provides occupational therapy in a home care setting, or outpatient clinic as assigned. Communicates effectively with clients, relatives, professional and support staff to achieve desired patient outcome. Adheres to established organizational policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards. Maintains current and accurate records of properly signed prescriptions, patient evaluations, treatments, goals and plan of care. Ensures conformity to regulations and requirements of third-party payers. Performs patient care visits in accordance with Agency productivity requirements. Minimum Education: Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Master’s degree in related field preferred. Licenses/Registrations: Current license or eligible for license to practice occupational therapy by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs (DORA). Medical specialties: Home Health Schedule: 8-hour shift Work setting: In-person

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an occupational therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. A current license or eligibility for licensure by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Affairs is required.
