As a Physical Therapist in home health care, you’ll design individualized care plans, provide hands-on therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team, all with scheduling flexibility that fits your lifestyle. Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy License
• Active CPR License
• Valid driver’s license, insurance & reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
