We love what we do and we're looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health and hospice team in Page, Arizona.

Responsibilities
We have a great team in Page, Arizona that works hard, enjoys their jobs, and has FUN together! Build meaningful relationships with patients and families Create personalized care plans that truly make an impact Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that shares your commitment to excellence
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse License Active CPR Certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated commitment to patient centered care Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
