As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive exceptional, individualized treatment. You will lead the clinical team, support CNAs and LPNs, and play a key role in maintaining a safe and compassionate environment. Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and team members Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility policies Promote a safe, clean, and resident-focused environment
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) CPR certification required 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab Knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills Must remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing We are an equal opportunity employer. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Registered Nursing program and hold an active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina. A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or rehab is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
