Assess movement dysfunction through patient history and physical examination to develop evidence-based plans of care. Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise while tracking patient outcomes.

Overview $90K–$120K, plus up to a $10K sign-on bonus and up to $25K in student loan repayment!

You’ll also benefit from a built-in referral pipeline from OrthoConnecticut fueling your caseload from day one, all conveniently located on Route 7 in Wilton, CT with easy access to I-95 and the Merritt Parkway.

We offer flexibility with workdays and scheduling and are open to discussing 10-hour vs.

8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care CPR and first aid certification required Compensation: $90K - $112K+ inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
