Fill In Physical Therapist - Bend and Surrounding Area Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a role with flexibility and variety?

We are hiring a Fill-In Physical Therapist to provide coverage for clinics across Spokane and the surrounding area, stepping in when team members are out on vacation or sick leave.

This role offers adaptable hours to fit your schedule and the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time position if you’re seeking a long-term role.

If you choose to stay with our company for 2 years after completing the residency, the program is entirely free.

Upon successful completion of the residency, you will earn both the COMT and OCS certifications, significantly enhancing your professional credentials.

Collaboration and Care Team Model.

Opportunity to work within a care team that provides support, where you can ask questions and learn from your peers both within individual clinics and across the organization.

We strive for focused attention on each patient’s journey toward positive health and wellness through shared decision making, concurrently maximizing each therapist’s skills, knowledge, and experience.

How you will make an impact Providing education and counseling to patient/family regarding treatments and goals, potential safety risks and/or other issues within scope of practice.

Evaluating physical and functional status, as well as cognitive, psychological, and perceptual ability to determine the patient’s capabilities to function (safely).

Documenting all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts via appropriate facility policies.

Independently managing own case load to maximize effectiveness of overall care plan.

Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and requirements, as well as facility/agency specific policies and procedures.

Supporting special projects and other designated activities as assigned in support of TAI’s mission and core values.

Additional responsibilities as assigned by your leadership.

What you will need to bring to the table Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.

Eagerness to develop your skills and support your team members as they develop their skills.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Physical Therapist license or be within 6 months of completing DPT coursework and exams. A commitment to high-quality patient care and a willingness to support team development are required.
