Market context

Connecticut social work roles need licensure

In Connecticut, social worker roles in long-term care and geriatrics are often driven by steady demand from aging-service settings and care coordination needs. These positions are competitive because employers look for a master’s degree, current state licensure or certification, and prior experience with older adults, plus strong assessment and interpersonal skills. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to quickly compare fit, then confirm your license status and highlight relevant geriatric experience in your application.
