Overview Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cameron, NC | Full-Time | Pediatric Outpatient Clinic HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC!
We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.
Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA.

Our clinicians utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies based on clinical judgment and what best meets each child's unique needs.

Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tests and clinical observations. Develop accurate diagnoses based on assessment results. Treatment and Education: Implement evidence-based therapies for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders; monitor and adjust treatment plans; educate and support patients and families on disorders, treatment strategies, and daily communication improvement.
Requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and valid state licensure. Candidates must hold or be eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Work with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Education: Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, and electronic health record systems, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
