Compensation options for contract, part-Time, or fulltime

W-2 / Hourly Positions

  • SLPA: $46,000–$52,000 annually
  • SLP (CF to
  • CCC-SLP): $65,000–$85,000 annually
  • Bilingual
  • SLP (Spanish/English): $68,000–$90,000 annually

W-2/ Pay-Per-Visit (Optional)

  • SLPA: $30–$44/hour
  • SLP: $50–$76/hour (Based on experience and bilingual status)

1099/Contractor (Optional)

  • SLPA: $17/session or $34/hour
  • SLP: $30/session or $60/hour & $80/Evaluation

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and possess a valid Texas State license. Experience in pediatric speech therapy, gained through internships or clinical fellowships, is required.

  • Experience in Pediatric Speech Therapy (Can be during student internships or as a CF)
  • Texas State license in Speech Language Pathology (SLP)
