• Qualifications, licensing & attributes
• Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (DA License): Active registration with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is required prior to start date.
• BLS / CPR Certification: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification.
• X-Ray / Radiology Proficiency: Washington state-compliant dental radiography skills.
• Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on chairside Dental Assistant experience preferred (general dentistry background is a strong plus).
• Communication: Exceptional patient communication and phone/interpersonal skills.
• Mindset: Reliable, punctual, organized, and enthusiastic about working in a collaborative team environment.
