What You’ll Do
Expert Wound Management & Clinical Care
Perform thorough evaluations of acute and chronic wounds.
Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Apply advanced techniques like debridement, dressing selection, infection management, and skin grafting.
Collaborative Teamwork
Coordinate closely with facility staff, physicians, and care teams to ensure continuity of care.
Provide ongoing updates and clinical insights to optimize patient outcomes.
Facility-Based Mobility
Maintain a consistent schedule traveling to multiple skilled nursing and post-acute facilities.
Deliver timely and effective care with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion.

Candidates must hold a valid Physician Assistant license and NCCPA board certification. At least one year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred, along with reliable transportation for facility travel.
