RN, Intermediate Float Pool

Job Description​ Saint Luke’s Hospital is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Intermediate Float Pool Schedule: FT, Nights The Intermediate Float Pool at SLH is looking for an RN who is wanting to gain experience in various units while working at one facility.

The tier I Intermediate pool nurse will float to 14 different units at Saint Luke’s Hospital caring for medical surgical and intermediate patients.

Included in the float pool are units that have a focus in Neuro, Cardiac, Transplant, Pulmonary, Ortho, and Surgical.

Opportunities for growth in this position include precepting, charge RN, and additional training or competencies to care for additional patient types.

This position is looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
