Ohio CNA LTC roles remain steady

Long-term care facilities in Ohio consistently need CNAs to support daily resident care, especially as staffing needs stay high in post-acute settings. This role is competitive because employers often look for current CNA certification or RN-program progress, plus timely BLS or CPR completion.
