The Mammography Technologist operates x-ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography-related diagnostic procedures. Individual must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. This position is critical to Washington Radiology; by providing outstanding care and efficient results, the technologist impacts the profitability of the organization as well as the patient experience.

Candidates must hold a formal radiologic technology training program completion and current ARRT certification in Radiography. Additionally, ARRT advanced certification in mammography or MQSA qualification is required.
