Join Valir Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, as a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) and deliver patient-centered outpatient care in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Our Norman outpatient clinic provides individualized physical therapy for a broad patient population.

Services include orthopedic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, dry needling, blood flow restriction therapy, pelvic health therapy, ergonomic assessment, and pre-employment/post-offer screening, giving clinicians exposure to a diverse range of diagnoses and treatment approaches.

Your Role: Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Deliver evidence-based outpatient physical therapy Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, balance, mobility, and musculoskeletal conditions Educate patients and families throughout rehabilitation Collaborate with PTs, PTAs, and clinic team members Document care accurately and support meaningful patient outcomes Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification, as applicable Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
