One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.

Utilizes the nursing process to identify and meet the needs of the patients.

Identifies changes in patient's condition and intervenes appropriately.

Provides patient care for a given patient assignment, either as a primary caregiver or by delegating and supervising as a team leader.

Works collaboratively with physician.

Reviews orders.

Reports abnormal lab values and significant changes in patient findings.

Works collaboratively with patients and family to establish a plan of care, which would include an assessment of psychosocial needs.

Complies with all mandatory reporting requirements.

Job Requirements Required Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing 3-5 years clinical experience in a Women's Health environment Registered Nurse: CA Basic Life Support - CPR Demonstrates ability to work within a team model of patient-care delivery.

Demonstrates proficient basic nursing skills and specialty skills.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and possess 3-5 years of clinical experience in a Women's Health environment. A valid California Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (CPR) certification are required.
