They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient physiological responses and ensure smooth transitions throughout the facility.

In our Critical Access Hospital, you will be exposed to the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and so much more!

Job Summary and Responsibilities As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.

You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.

Maintain a knowledge base regarding sedation/analgesic and anesthetic agents and techniques, physiologic and physiological response to the recovering patient Assess, plan, intervention for and evaluate the physical and physiological response to analgesia; able to plan for the risks and the interventions for those risks associated with the administration of sedation, analgesia, and anesthetic agents Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol Collaborates with other care staff to assure smooth transition for patient throughout the facility using proper hand off techniques Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures We are offering a $25,000 Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements Required Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing Minimum of two (2) years RN experience Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Pediatric Advanced Life Support, upon hire Preferred PACU RN experience

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and possess at least two years of RN experience. Required certifications include ND RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, and PALS upon hire.
