Typical responsibilities include: Developing respectful and supportive relationships with individuals receiving services Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal care, hygiene, and household responsibilities Providing support during community activities, appointments, recreation, and other outings Helping individuals work toward personal goals and develop everyday skills Administering medications and maintaining accurate records and documentation Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable residential environment Respecting and advocating for each person's choices, dignity, preferences, and well-being No two days are exactly alike, and your work can have a lasting impact.
Qualifications
