Who Would Be Great Here?
We're looking for a DDS or DMD who is confident clinically, excellent with patients, and excited by the opportunity to grow.
Ideally, you: Have 3+ years of clinical experience Are comfortable practicing independently Have strong comprehensive treatment-planning skills Are confident with restorative dentistry and removable prosthetics Communicate naturally and build patient trust Value clinical autonomy Enjoy being part of a team Think beyond today's schedule and care about the long-term success of a practice Are intrigued by the possibility of future partnership or ownership An active Arizona dental license or eligibility to obtain one is required.
