We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position: Position: Social Worker The Social Worker creates and maintains a wellness and recovery-oriented environment by using person-first language, respectful documentation, person centered planning, and evidence-based practices to ensure the program provides comprehensive and integrated on-site social service that helps residents achieve their goals and successfully age in place.
The Social Worker is responsible for the implementation of the treatment program in accordance with policies and procedures, program models, funding source standards, and evidence-based practices.
The Social Worker is responsible for meeting the highest possible standards of health and safety and provides all needed quality services to residents to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Masters Degree in Social Work with the expectation that LMSW licensure is secured within 1 year of hire. At least two years of relevant experience. Position requires a reasonable combination of skills in the following areas: strengths based, solution focused practice. NOTE: This position is in a qualified setting for clinical experience hours towards LCSW licensure.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and have at least two years of relevant experience. An LMSW license is required to be secured within one year of hire.
