Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RN license and possess experience in home or facility-based care settings. An associate degree in nursing is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred, along with a valid driver's license.
Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location.
There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post.
