We are currently seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Pharmacists to join our growing team.

• Preparation: Prepare, compound, and formulate customized medications based on patient-specific prescriptions and requirements.
• Sterile &
• Non-Sterile
• Compounding: Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding, including injections, ophthalmic preparations, topical formulations, capsules, and other customized dosage forms, while following established procedures and quality standards.
• Quality
• Assurance: Perform and document appropriate quality checks, calculations, ingredient verification, and final product inspections to ensure the safety, accuracy, and quality of compounded medications.
• Regulatory
• Compliance: Ensure all compounding activities comply with applicable USP standards, including USP <795>, USP <797>, and USP <800>, as well as FDA, DEA, and Utah Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Clinical
• Consultation: Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare providers to develop appropriate customized therapies and provide professional consultation regarding compounded medications.
• Patient
• Communication: Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding prescriptions, medication use, potential concerns, and customized treatment options.
• Technician
• Supervision: Supervise and provide direction to pharmacy technicians involved in compounding and pharmacy operations, ensuring proper procedures, accuracy, and patient safety.
• Documentation &
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate compounding records, formulas, logs, and other required documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Pharmacy
• Operations: Assist with general pharmacy operations and contribute to a clean, organized, efficient, and professional compounding environment.
