Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality healthcare to a wide variety of ages in collaboration with the in-office physician
• Obtain patient history, perform examinations, and treat accordingly

Requirements

• Board Eligible
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
• Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana
