Provide high-quality, timely dental care to patients while ensuring a comfortable and care-free experience. Manage clinical duties while the support team handles administrative tasks to ensure efficient practice operations.

Our practice is a leader in utilizing the most-advanced technology and providing the highest level of patient care. We provide our patients convenient hours and access to top-of-the-line offices as a leader of the modern healthcare revolution.

At our practice, you will have a clear path to ownership and will be able to focus on doing what you love most while our support team takes care of all the non-clinical administrative tasks.

Our Formal Offer

  • Partial paid, individual health insurance, after three-month probation
  • Scrubs (after three months)
  • 401k (with three-percent employer contribution)
  • For the first three months, starting with a daily minimum salary that equals to $160,000 annual salary, for a full-time associate, plus that portion of 1/3 of collections that exceed the daily minimum, and thereafter, exclusively 1/3 collections, with potential to make up to $300,000 in the first year, based on past associate performance.
  • No weekends (except emergency), no evenings

Candidates must be motivated dentists looking to grow their careers within a technology-driven practice. A commitment to exceptional patient service and a desire for long-term partnership or ownership is required.
