About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Des Plaines.
As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life. You will work closely with our nursing and leadership teams to provide attentive, respectful, and person-centered care in a welcoming senior living environment.

Qualifications
Required
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois
Dependable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and documentation skills
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in senior living, supportive living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or another healthcare setting
Experience providing direct care to older adults or individuals with disabilities
Key responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Obtain and accurately document vital signs as directed
Assist residents during mealtimes and provide feeding assistance when needed
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Illinois. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in a senior living environment are required.
