Now Hiring a Chart Auditor for our newest inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Richmond, VA. What You'll Do Conduct regular chart audits to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company, payer, and regulatory standards. Monitor clinical and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Track missing documentation and ensure timely completion of all required chart elements. Support quality assurance initiatives and maintain adherence to accreditation and compliance requirements. What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED preferred Valid CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required. Excellent written and oral communication skills Punctuality and careful attention to detail Team player with ability to collaborate well
