The Wave of Clearwater is looking for a compassionate, creative, and clinically skilled Licensed Program Therapist to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team doing real, hands-on clinical work in a residential setting. You'll carry a caseload, run groups, and be a steady clinical presence for clients working through some of the hardest chapters of their lives — supported by a full clinical team and a program built around integrative, trauma-informed care.

What You'll Do Manage an assigned caseload and provide consistent individual therapy.
Facilitate engaging, evidence-based therapeutic groups.
Develop creative group content that addresses clients' clinical and recovery needs.
Complete biopsychosocial assessments and other required clinical evaluations.
Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans.
Complete progress notes, discharge planning, and other clinical documentation within established deadlines.
Assess safety concerns and participate in crisis intervention when necessary.
Coordinate care with providers, families, referral sources, and members of the treatment team.
Participate in treatment-team meetings and contribute clinical recommendations.
Support continuity of care throughout admission, treatment, and discharge.
Maintain compliance with ethical, licensing, organizational, and regulatory standards.
Master's degree in counseling Social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Experience providing individual and group therapy. Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to provide trauma-informed, client-centered care. Behavioral health, mental health, eating-disorder, or substance-use treatment experience preferred.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess an active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Strong clinical documentation skills and experience in providing individual and group therapy are required.
