Summary NICU Family Support Program Coordinator develops, implements and evaluates educational and social activities for the families of patients in the NICU. They are responsible for maintaining the March of Dimes visibility in the program and improve the patient/family experience. Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience required.
