Position Overview High Focus Centers is seeking a compassionate and skilled Adolescent Therapist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Lansdale, PA. This role provides clinical care to adolescents ages 14–18 with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns. The therapist will facilitate groups, provide individual and family therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate closely with families, schools, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to support each client’s treatment goals. Key Responsibilities Facilitate daily group therapy focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, relapse prevention, and peer support Provide individual and family therapy as clinically indicated Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to support level-of-care determinations Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and team collaboration Collaborate with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary treatment team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews, and team meetings Maintain professional boundaries and foster a safe, supportive therapeutic environment
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Completion of a clinically focused internship or practicum is required, and prior experience with adolescents is preferred.
