Key duties include leading Child/Family Team Meetings, ensuring safety planning, providing transportation, and maintaining accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

Evaluates and administers medically prescribed physical therapy programs in hospital and outpatient settings to restore function and prevent disability. Responsible for patient care plans, documentation, and supervising physical therapist assistants and students.
