The Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver personalized physical therapy services in a home setting under the supervision of a licensed therapist. They are responsible for implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

The COTA will implement individualized treatment plans to help patients recover and maintain daily living skills under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. They are also responsible for assessing home environments, training patients on adaptive equipment, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
