Overview

Physicians will see patients in an outpatient setting Monday through Friday, handling new patients and corporate physicals, while also participating in a monthly single call group for patient phone inquiries. Duties also include performing annual physicals, wellness exams, and practicing preventive medicine.

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation needs, develop individualized plans of care, and implement/adjust treatment plans to ensure quality outcomes. Responsibilities also include educating patients/caregivers, assisting with necessary equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Caregivers will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. Duties also involve meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments.
