The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will support individuals in ODC’s Day Services programming by providing life-enhancing activities. Responsibilities include performing personal cares and creatively problem-solving as needs arise.

The therapist provides evidence-based mental health and substance use assessment, diagnosis, and psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting, supporting recovery and stability through person-centered care. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, maintaining compliant clinical documentation, and coordinating care with internal and external partners.
