The Case Manager will guide clients through their recovery journey by assessing their health and substance use, and collaborating to develop individualized treatment goals and plans. This role involves providing education and counseling to clients and families while helping clients build coping strategies and referring them to appropriate external services.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a relevant clinical field and have at least 1 year of supervised experience in substance use disorder counseling. Preferred qualifications include specific licenses (MHC, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D.) and 1-3 years of experience working with diverse populations in behavioral healthcare settings.
Pay Range: $27/hr
As a Case Manager at Recovery Centers of America (RCA), you’ll draw on your professional experience in case management and substance use disorder treatment to help patients build sustainable paths to recovery. In this role, you’ll develop individualized aftercare plans, coordinate with clinical teams, families, and external providers, and ensure a smooth transition from inpatient treatment to community-based support. Your expertise will be critical in addressing barriers to care and empowering patients to stay engaged in their recovery journey.
